This retainer gives you a trusted advisor you can bring questions to, think out loud with, and lean on when a vendor sends you something you're not sure how to evaluate.

We talk every week. I keep track of what's in motion. And I flag things before they become problems — rather than after.

• Weekly 45-minute advisory call — we work through your current priorities, answer questions, and unblock decisions
• Written call notes sent the same day — decisions made and next actions, in writing
• Same-day response to async questions via email — within one business day
• Review of vendor proposals, statements of work, and contracts — with written feedback
• Monthly roadmap review — 30 minutes, once per month in place of the weekly call
• Written monthly priority memo — what was accomplished, what's next, what to watch
• Attendance on up to two vendor or developer calls per month as an observer and advisor

What's Not Included: I'm an advisor, not a developer. I don't write code, manage vendor payments, or make hiring decisions on your behalf. If a request falls outside the advisory scope, I'll tell you before taking it on and we'll agree on how to handle it.
