You have a business idea.
Getting it built is the hard part.
I help founders and business owners scope, build, and ship software without needing to become a technical person to do it. Think of me as your technical co-pilot: the person who knows how this world works and stays with you until the job is done.

Does this sound familiar?
Most business owners hit a wall when software enters the picture.
Not because they aren’t smart, but because this world was never built to be easy for people who didn’t grow up in it.
If any of these sound familiar, you’re in the right place.
You have a software idea but no idea how to vet a developer or agency. You feel stuck. .
You hired a dev shop and the project stalled, went over budget, or delivered something you can’t use.
Your business is running on spreadsheets and manual processes and you know software could fix it, but you don’t know what to build, what to buy, or who to trust.
An investor or potential acquirer asked technical questions you couldn’t answer.
You’re making technology decisions based on whoever talked to you last.
You know software is the answer. You just don’t know where to start or who to trust.
I’d rather help you build the next great thing than work for one that already exists.
I spent nearly five years as a Senior Technical Program Manager at Amazon — leading cloud migrations, overseeing 80-plus projects a year, and managing teams of engineers building things at a scale most companies never see.
It was good work. But I kept thinking about the founders and business owners on the other side of that equation: the people who had a real idea, a real need, and no one in their corner who could help them navigate the technical side without taking them for a ride.
That’s what I do now. I help non-technical founders move from “I have an idea” to “I have a product” — and I stick around to make sure you get what you paid for.

What I do:
Every founder needs someone who speaks both languages: business and technology.
Here's what that looks like in practice.
I translate
Between your business problem and the technical world. Between what a developer says and what it actually means for your project.
I protect your investment
I scope your idea, help you select the right team, and stay involved through delivery — so you don’t end up paying for something that doesn’t work.
I stay in plain language.
No jargon. No inside baseball. Every update, recommendation, and decision gets translated back to you in language that actually makes sense.
I stay until it’s done.
You hired me to help you get somewhere. I’m not gone after the first conversation — I’m with you through execution, and I make sure you get what you paid for.
Four ways we can work together
Every engagement starts with a conversation. From there, we figure out which path makes sense for where you are right now.
Building from scratch
You have an idea and you’re ready to build. I help you scope it, find the right team, and oversee delivery from start to finish — so you’re not flying blind through the most expensive decision you’ll make this year.
Getting a stalled project back on track
A project went sideways. Maybe the vendor went quiet, the budget blew up, or what they delivered isn’t what you asked for. I come in, figure out exactly what went wrong, and rebuild from there.
Making smarter technology decisions
Not sure whether to build or buy? Hire or outsource? I help you think through the options, make a decision you’re confident in, and create a roadmap you can actually follow — no technical background required.
Automating your operations
Your team is doing manually what software should be doing for them. I figure out whether you need a new tool, a smarter workflow, or a custom build — and then I stay involved to make sure the right solution actually gets implemented.
A simple process, clearly defined from the start.
Discovery call — free, up to 45 minutes
We talk through where you are, what you’re trying to build, and what’s in the way. No pitch — just an honest conversation to see if working together makes sense. At the end, I’ll tell you exactly what I’d recommend as a next step.
Pathfinder Assessment
For most clients, this is where we begin. Before committing to an ongoing engagement, I spend one to two weeks getting a clear picture of where you actually stand — your tools, vendors, team, and goals. You get a written assessment report, a prioritized set of recommendations, and a 30-minute debrief call to walk through everything. Many clients find this valuable on its own. Most go on to an ongoing engagement after seeing what it surfaces.
Roadmap and engagement
We agree on scope, timeline, and how we’ll work together — whether that’s a defined project, an ongoing advisory relationship, or something in between. Everything is in writing before we start.
Delivery and oversight
I stay involved through execution. I keep your team or vendors accountable, surface problems before they become expensive, and translate everything back to you in plain language. You’ll never wonder what’s happening.
The cost of getting this wrong is high.
The cost of getting it right changes everything.
Without a Technical Advisor:
You pay for a product and get something you can’t use
The project runs for months with no clear end in sight
You make technology decisions based on whoever pitched you last
You can’t answer the technical questions your investors are asking
Your team stays buried in manual work while competitors automate
With a Technical Advisor:
You know exactly what you’re building and what it will cost before you start
You have someone accountable for making sure delivery matches what you asked for
You can answer technical questions with confidence
Your team gets the tools they need to stop doing things manually
You can move faster than your competition without gambling your budget
Ready to get your software project moving?
It's free. It's up to 45 minutes. And it's not a pitch. It's a real conversation about where you are and whether working together makes sense.
Most people leave with more clarity than they came in with, whether we end up working together or not.
